A week of dance and fun beginning 24/07/23
We are very excited to announce the Angelina Jandolo Dance Summer School 2023 – three hours a day, for five days, of ballet, jazz and street dance learning for both existing students and brand new sign-ups!
There are different levels running on each day during the week – spaces will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis for both. The levels are as follows:
Level 1: students from primary to grade 1 (or age guideline 5 to 8 years old)
Level 2: students from grade 2, 3, 4 and 5 (or age guideline 9 years +)
Week beginning 24/7/2023 (Monday to Friday)
9.30am until 12.30pm: level 1
1.00pm until 4.00pm: level 2

Venue: The Forum at Greenwich, Trafalgar Road, London, SE10 9EQ.
Fee: £100
What to expect
Every day, the students will have a ballet class and a jazz/street dance class (there will be a little break time too, we are not expecting them to be dancing for 3 hours!), and will work on a dance routine in each genre.
We will also do a little presentation/show for the grown ups to attend on Friday!
Level 1
9.30am-12.30pm – taught by Miss Dimity
The day will start with a ballet class and after a break students will then do a jazz/musical theatre class. Miss Dimity has chosen to theme the week around the world of Walt Disney! So you can expect dance routines and music based on the well known stories all week long!
Level 2
1pm-4pm – taught by Miss Angelina
The students will work on repertoire variation from the ballet Coppélia (the opening variation of Swanilda) for ballet and on an extract from Newsies (the Broadway musical currently at the Troubadour Wembley Park theatre). Each routine can be adapted for various levels of difficulty so each grades can have something challenging but adapted to their technical abilities.

Summer School FAQs
What if guidelines change, or lockdown comes back?
Should a change of guidelines/local lockdown happen the fee will be refunded (either in full if the Summer school week has not begun or pro-rata if it has started).
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email us!
What if i’m not ready to have my child attend classes in person?
We are aware some of your children will not be in London, or will be unable to attend in-person classes, so we also offer an online pre-recorded Summer school. This is available for £25 – please email us for more details!
The plan is also to carry-on with our Zoom lessons, so we can offer a range of options for everyone to choose from.

Spring 2
22/02/2021 – 02/04/2021- 6 weeks (for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday classes) 5 weeks (for Friday, Saturday and Sunday classes – because of Easter weekend)
Summer 1
19/04/2021 – 30/05/2021 – 6 weeks (no classes on bank holiday Monday 3rd of May so 5 weeks for Monday classes)
Summer 2
